PLA IS AN INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL TOOL ONLY. IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT, AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL CARE. ALWAYS SEEK THE ADVICE OF QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS FOR ANY MEDICAL DECISIONS.
These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and Geo Nicolaidis ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), an individual residing in Limassol, Cyprus, governing your access to and use of the PLA mobile application ("App," "Service," "PLA").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PLA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PLA. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
PLA may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on our website. Prices may vary by location based on applicable taxes and exchange rates.
Details of available subscription plans, including features and pricing, are provided within the App. We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings at any time.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. You agree to Apple's payment terms in addition to these Terms. We do not directly process or store your payment information.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE:
IF YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION, IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS AUTO-RENEWAL IS TURNED OFF AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT PERIOD. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
If we offer a free trial, you will be charged the subscription fee when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple's App Store. We do not directly process refunds. Apple's refund policies apply to all purchases made through the App Store.
For EU/EEA/UK Consumers: You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at geo@geonicolaidis.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
However, by accessing and using the App's digital content immediately upon purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided. By proceeding with a purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right.

PLA is a personal health information management application that allows you to:

• Licensed medical, nursing, or healthcare services
• A healthcare provider-patient relationship
THE CONTENT, FEATURES, INSIGHTS, RECOMMENDATIONS, REFERENCE RANGES, HEALTH SCORES, AND ALL OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED BY PLA (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT) ARE FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NOTHING IN THIS APP CONSTITUTES OR IS INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

Your use of Apple HealthKit, iCloud, and other Apple services is governed by your agreements with Apple. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of Apple services.
We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, products, or content. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
You agree to use PLA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We have no ability to recover data stored locally on your device. Loss of your device or deletion of the App will result in permanent loss of locally stored data.
PLA and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by Geo Nicolaidis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the App. You grant us no rights to your health data, which remains stored locally on your device.

Consumer Protection Note: This indemnification applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us for our own negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device and ceasing all use.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Limassol, Cyprus, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us at geo@geonicolaidis.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Geo Nicolaidis regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemic, strikes, or shortages.
We may provide notices to you through the App, via email, or by other reasonable means. You may provide notices to us at geo@geonicolaidis.com.
These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

Restricted Jurisdictions: PLA may not be available or legal in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions without notice.
The following terms apply if you download the App from the Apple App Store:
These Terms are between you and Geo Nicolaidis only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Geo Nicolaidis, not Apple, is solely responsible for PLA and its content.
The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use PLA on any Apple-branded device that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
Geo Nicolaidis is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for PLA. Apple has no obligation to furnish any such services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to PLA. Any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to failure to conform to any warranty will be Geo Nicolaidis's sole responsibility.
Geo Nicolaidis, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to PLA or your use of it, including:
In the event of any third-party claim that PLA infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Geo Nicolaidis, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
You represent that:
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
